We have 4 school houses at Stenhouse: Pentland, Hunter, Castle and Forth. For each house we have a house captain and a vice captain. These P7 learners are selected through an election process which involves speeches and posters and a whole school vote!

The house captains meet regularly with Mrs Hind to discuss ideas how to improve the school and organise whole school competitions and events. They are also responsible for collecting house points every week and announcing the winners of extra playtime.
